Something new today

Depression?
10% of the students in the country are under depression?
I thought this is rare
the symptoms for this are:
constant sadness, loss of weight or overeating, low self-esteem, lost of interest in once favored activities, fatigue, oversleeping, waking early in the morning and irritability.
Causes for it are mainly stresses and peers.
I read an article saying that depression goes unnoticed because most people wants to be normal and fit in. Hmm?
A girl shared her experience too...
She said, " I feel like I can't deal anymore. There're just too much pressure. I just want people to leave me alone; let me sleep for awhile. I hate everyone. I hate everything. It's not worth it. There is so much anger, stress and sadness. I did everything to cover up how I was feeling inside and thought that maybe if I just forget about it, it will go away. I didn't know how to deal with it. But my coach noticed the problem in me and help me through it. I went to a doctor and took medication and it makes me feel better."
So be careful ya, deal stress in a proper manner=)

you may tell your close friend or the teacher you trust most as long as someone is aware of your condition=)
